I try to write but my brain goes blank

So i take a trip down memory lane

To find the Easter eggs that still remain

在回憶裡尋找彩蛋

讓過去遺憾變燦爛

懷念教室的天花板

回味家裡的那碗飯

Masa depan masih kabur fikiran
Zaman dulu penuh kenangan

Kini saya penuh harapan
Sudah lama tidak menulis dalam bahasa kebangsaan

A promise was made some time ago

The promise then became a joke

It took a year to figure out 

Who the fool was that made this joke 

And the fool was me all along

So what do you do when you are pranked by a harmless joke? 

You just laugh and say “April Fool’s” to move on.

就在愚人節寫詩

寫完之後才發現 

這首詩寫得好幼稚 

New Year Eve

Old Year Me

Turning over each leaf

Of a fake plastic tree

Imagining oneself happy

新的一年

心不在焉

萬事具備

只欠時間

還是金錢？

When the night is silent,

The loudest sound is my thoughts .

A whisper of revelation

An idea is born

在平靜的夜晚

陪伴我的

是腦海裡的旋律

和心房裡的回音

Tear down the wall, yourself will fall,

Build up the wall, you’ll be all alone

For every hollow word I wrote

It forms a world void of soul

Even the fiercest fire

Has grown cold in this mad world

寫到這裡，我也不知道要寫什麽好了

一筆一劃的每個字

沒有感情，沒有意思

最後描述了一個沒有感情的故事

形容著一個殘酷的現實

By admiring the flower,

I blocked the path of light.

So, I made myself transparent

And they called me a monster.

I looked into the mirror,

And found I was no longer human

When the hero came to slay me

Only then did I realise

I had become a demon

Once in a blue moon I write something good,

But I delete it away when I am not in the mood,

When the full moon hangs bright in the sky,

The words I erase still echo inside,

Like the me who thinks the grass is greener on the other side,

Yet finds the moon looks the same from either side
